Have you ever wondered just “Who Are The Daughters Of The Nile?” We are women of good character, and we have Temples all across the United States, Canada, and Brazil.
It all started in 1913 at the home of Mabel R. Krows of Seattle, Washington. She came up with the concept of the Order, and 11 good friends supported her. We have Fun and fellowship Activities, Philanthropy, and Membership Requirements.
Our Daughters of the Nile enjoy many fun and fellowship activities. We have fundraising and social events such as fashion shows, card parties, luncheons, picnics, and dinners, and we are always looking for new ways to have fun and raise money!
You might even see us in your hometown’s Shriner or Civic parade. We have Performing Units. These Units are small groups made up of members who perform skits, dance, sing, or march in precision drill teams, to name a few of the ways we entertain our members.
